Our story is deeply rooted in the heart of Cyprus, where my family hails from the charming village of Kambos and Bendayia. It is there that we first perfected the art of making traditional gyros, a recipe passed down through generations and carefully preserved over time. We are proud to share this culinary heritage with you.
